1. Using PlayHux
By using PlayHux, you agree to use the site lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, interfere with other visitors or use automated tools that place an unreasonable load on the service.
2. Browser games and third parties
PlayHux provides an interface for discovering and opening browser games. Games, trademarks, game files, in-game advertising and other third-party material remain the responsibility of their respective publishers. PlayHux does not claim ownership of third-party game content.
3. Availability
We try to keep game links working, but a game may change, be removed or become unavailable without notice. We may update, add or remove pages and features when needed.
4. External services
Some games are supplied through GameMonetize and other third-party services. When you open a game, that provider may apply its own terms and privacy practices. Review those policies when appropriate.
5. Your choices
You can browse without creating a PlayHux account. Favorites and recently played games are stored locally in your browser. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
6. Intellectual property and reports
PlayHux branding and original written guides may not be copied without permission. If you own rights to content that appears on the site or need to report a broken game, email support@playhux.online with relevant details.
7. No warranty
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. We cannot guarantee that every game, feature or external service will always work without interruption.
